Concentrated Water Soluble Industrial Deodorant. Destroys odors regardless of source. This pleasant citrus fragrance is non-staining and can be used for all odor problems. It neutralizes nitrogen, sulphur and other offensive odors by chemical reaction. General Deodorizing: Dilute 1:25 with water. Apply by mop, sprayer or immersion. If possible, allow surface to dry without rinsing for maximum deodorizing action. Provide exceptional odor control in many areas including airplanes and buses, garbage trucks, animal cages, packing plants, moldy carpets,, concrete floors, moldy air filters, toilets and urinals. Sewer Treatment Plants: Allow product to drip into incoming waste water at rate of 2 drops every 10 seconds. If odor persists after four hours, increase dosage to 2 drops every 5 seconds. After odor is eliminated, cut back to 1 drop every 10 seconds. To eliminate odor around sewer plant and grounds, dilute 1:25 with water and spray concrete walls above the water line, walkways, ramps, ground, etc. Cattle Pens and Stockyards: After removing livestock, spray ground and areas where odor persists with a solution of 1 part product to 25 parts water. Initial treatment may be done twice daily until odor is eliminated. Follow up with treatment every other day to maintain odor free atmosphere. Directions for use: Grease Traps... For a typical 1,000 gallon trap with 2 to 4 inches of grease on top, break up the crustation with a hoe or stick. Prepare a "shock treatment" by slowly adding 10-13 lbs. of Inviro-Zide to a 5 or 6 gallon bucket of warm water. Stir mixture until it all is dissolved. Shock the trap by pouring this slurry directly in and replacing the cover lid. Inflow and outflow cleanouts beside the trap may also be treated with 1/2 cup of dissolved product. During the first month after shocking, add 1/2 cup of dissolved product to sink and floor drains twice a week to liquify all grease in lines. After the first month, treatment may be reduced to once per week as a last task at the end of the week to maintain clean lines and trickle new cultures to the trap. Note that if a grease trap has a vast accumulation of firm flotation, probing at 6 inches or more, such grease should be pumped out before shocking for program to be cost effective.
Sewage system and lines... For an average system add 1 cup product per 1,000 gallon capacity initially and then maintain with 1/2 cup each month. Easy to add by flushing down toilet bowls. Works in wastewater lines to chemically break up clumps of hardened matter into a mixture of suspended light, small, fluffy particles that easily flush on through with normal water flow. Mud Out is Biodegradable, Non-Flammable, Water-Soluble and Environmentally Safe. Storm Sewers or Sewer Lines that have halted or reduced flow due to a buildup of mud or silt, sand, dirt, sludge or clay can be treated with this concentrate. Soap residues which have hardened in lines from temperature changes can also be broken up and flushed away. Product will reduce soil debris which have been trapped and compacted by tree roots in lines, although in-line roots are themselves a separate problem requiring their own attention.
